Occasionally we have the capacity to undertake larger projects where a consortium of investors is required rather than one. The principle is exactly the same as project managing sites for individuals, just on a much larger scale. Often these are worthwhile as the profits can be much greater when undertaking a larger project.
Some projects are too big for one investor, but because of economies of scale the returns can often be greater. Each investor receives a return proportional to their input.
